Due to the confidential nature of client reports I do not share any examples online. The reports are, however, tailored to meet your needs. I can use my own case template or one you provide to create a polished product you can present to your clients.

Reports typically include a review of the following client documents:

• Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

• Educational Assessments

• Psychological Assessments

• Speech and Occupational Therapy Reports

• Assistive Technology Reports

• School Report Cards

• Parent and Teacher Interviews

• Medical Records

Any other materials you do not see listed here can also be incorporated into your report without a problem.
